Termini Box Office
Our Box Office is a one-minute walk from Termini station, right above the metro exit on the Via Cavour side. Open every day of the year.
- Pick up paper vouchers for your online purchases
- Change date or name on already booked tickets (on eligible products, within each provider's deadline)
- Pay the balance at pickup (on Hop-on Hop-off when booked online with a €5 booking fee)
- ✓ Get help with orders, payments, confirmations

Santa Maria Maggiore
In Via di Santa Maria Maggiore 159 c'è l'ufficio di Trips to Rome.
The office is equidistant from Cavour metro station and Termini (about 5 minutes on foot from both). It's the meeting point for our basilica tours, a few steps from Santa Maria Maggiore, San Giovanni in Laterano and Santa Croce in Gerusalemme.

Our Fiumicino point is inside Terminal 1. A service point for travellers landing in Rome and picking up pre-purchased tickets.

- Pick up your VIP NCC car transfer if pre-booked online (availability fills up quickly)
- Get help with orders made on our website
- Note: At Fiumicino we don't process new tour bookings or pay-on-pickup payments. To book during your stay, use our website or visit our Termini Box Office or Santa Maria Maggiore Office.
