The buses are equipped with an individual sound system with headphones, available in 8 languages. On board there is also our staff who in English and Italian can help you and answer all questions. Each passenger is given a package containing headphones / earphones that can be used for the duration of your tour. If the customer has an electronic ticket, he must present it (printed or on a device) at one of the Ticket collection points. The staff member will provide a valid printed ticket that can be used to board the bus.
REFUNDS
Any refund request must be made in writing via our Contact Us page. However, Trips To Rome is not to be considered in violation of these terms and conditions, nor can it be held responsible for delays in performance or failure to perform any service, where such failures or delays are due to events, circumstances or reasons beyond from his control. Refund will be assessed based on the reason with 48 hours' notice.
