The afternoon tour begins with a bus ride to Vatican City, crossing Piazza della Repubblica, where we'll see the Fountain of the Neapolitans, and continuing to Piazzale Flaminio with its Egyptian Obelisk.

Once we reach Vatican City, we'll get off near the museum entrance, where you'll bypass the long lines with your exclusive skip-the-line ticket.

With our guide, you'll visit the Gallery of Tapestries, divided into two series of tapestries. The 16th-century tapestry, "Stories of the Gospel," is on the left side of the gallery, as you proceed toward the Sistine Chapel. Among the most notable are: the Adoration of the Shepherds, the Presentation of Jesus in the Temple, the Massacre of the Innocents, the Supper at Emmaus, the Apparition of Jesus to Mary Magdalene, and the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.

On the right side, with Stories from the Life of Pope Urban VIII (17th century), made by the Barberini factory in Rome, which was founded in 1627 by Cardinal Francesco Barberini, nephew of the Pontiff, and closed in 1683, immediately after the prelate's death (1679). You will continue towards the Gallery of Geographical Maps, an exceptional cartographic representation of the regions of Italy, created between 1580 and 1585, whose walls feature forty maps of the various regions of Italy, each with maps of the main cities. You will be amazed once you reach the Sistine Chapel, the main chapel of the Apostolic Palace, as well as one of the most famous cultural and artistic treasures of the Vatican City. The Sistine Chapel ceiling, painted by Michelangelo, was begun in May 1508 and finished on All Souls' Day in 1512. Finally, the tour will end with a visit to St. Peter's Basilica.
